Her career spans diverse roles—from direct patient care in acute and home health settings to national leadership positions in clinical training and program development. At UnitedHealthcare, Nancy advanced from Clinical Trainer to UCS Associate Director of National Training, where she led nationwide training initiatives, developed curriculum, and mentored healthcare professionals across the country. Her earlier work as an RN Case Manager with Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC and in various supervisory roles honed her skills in care coordination, patient advocacy, and operational efficiency.

Nancy’s academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University, and ongoing doctoral studies (DNP) at Capella University, with an expected graduation in December 2026. She is a licensed Registered Nurse in North Carolina and a Certified Case Manager, maintaining both credentials for over a decade.
